Your natural lashes shed and grow back all the time, and each extension leaves with the lash it was attached to. After two or three weeks enough have gone that the set starts to look patchy. A fill replaces what you have lost and keeps the look you paid for, for a fraction of a new set.

Making a set last between fills
- Keep them dry for the first day.
- Avoid oil-based makeup remover and creams around the eyes — oil breaks down the bond.
- Do not rub or pull at them, and skip mascara on the extensions.
- Brush them gently each morning.
